No one is responding to messages , calls and mails from this property and i have been charged and tried to cancel a week earlier before the trip which should have been addressed by this hotel in better way to maintain customers satisfaction, absolutely will not give you more than a thump down for such poor customer service

Everything was amazing! The casa I stayed in is different than the one in the picture, and let me tell you, it is even better and beautiful! It was clean and fresh, the AC was so cool, and it was quiet in my room. Yai was very friendly and helpful. She allowed me to check in early because I arrived in Havana before check in time. She loaned me a Cuban sim card to get internet data, she recommended places to eat. etc. and even offered to call and make reservations for me. I couldn't get through to my hotel in Colombia where I was going to stay next and she called and messaged them for me, because there was some check in instructions that I needed. She got a taxi to take me to the beach and to the airport etc. She gave me directions on where to go. She went above and beyond! And the people at the house were so friendly and always smiling, I love it! I will be back.
