The apartment is beautiful, with amazing view, in a very interesting historical building. The couple who owns it is very friendly and you can rely on them for information about money exchange and transfers.

Moises and her husband are very nice and very helpful. The room is super big and clean. The location of the apartment is super good. It is a very good experience in Casa Ariel-Focsa, i hope to visit Cuba and stay there again !! Hlighly recommend.

Great view other the City from balcony, friendly owners, also offering transfer opportunities. The bed would be too small for large people and the bathroom wasn't perfectly clean.

The property is comfortable,clean and convenient. The room has excellent ocean view, comfy mattress, a big closet, refrigerator and hot water in the bathroom. The apartment has a internet with a fee. The air conditioner was not working 💯 but you can open the big glass window and enjoy the natural breeze from Famous Havana Malecon.Has different dining options around. The food is delicious but drink water bottle only.The transportation is difficult and you have to walk a lot to others places. I recommend it,rent a car and pick up at the airport.Have different currency you can use(US,EURO,Cuban Pesos) ,it better a Cuban credit card.You can get it from the bank and avoid handing cash.

The owner was unhelpful and the service provided was zero. I actually gave her coffee so that she would make a coffee in the morning. The room was unclean. We had to ask for anything the attention to clients was none and if you asked anything you felt you was an inconvenience. Overall bad experience
