Property was as listed, the couple that takes care of the house are very pleasant and always helping with sugestións. Lili and rey cooked breakfast exactly the way I wanted it. Everyday there was fresh fruit cocktails in the refrigerator. Bottled water when nobody in cuba had it. Very pleased with the accommodations. Very attentive. And air conditioning worked perfectly. Little tiring 4th floor. But thats how all cuba is nobody has elevators. Well exept if you stay at a high rise hotel. We had no problem with it at all.

This location is close to downtown. You can walk to the malecon or to the paseo within a few blocks. Stores are less than a block from the location. Great cuban food spot down the street.

Great couple that is taking care of the business and the room had all the facilities. However, the owner was never there and the couple also didn't live there, so when I had problems booking a tour and there was NO water at all on Saturday night (!!!) I had no one to turn to. I had to go to bed without any access to water and therefore no shower... This made the experience not great. Therefore the suggestion to the owner to make sure the visitor always has access to someone for problems/questions. For the rest, I had no problems and it was an okay room for an okay price in a good area.

Hi guest!! I'm so sorry about the problem with water but we always give you a phone for call if you have some problems with this,we always tell you to call us any time because the person who takes care of the house live 10 minutes from the apartment. In Cuba the water system are old and rudimentary and if give problems we go running to fix it!! I apologize so much and hope that with out this percance everything was ok in home!! Kind regards And hope you enjoy La Habana

Just 5 mins walk from the main concourse which runs from the capitol building to the sea. Host arrived late to meet me but neighbours helped me out to call them. Would need to speak Spanish as no English spoken. Very friendly and helpful when they arrived. Great self contained room with shower plus communal kitchen. Very good price and would recommend
