The place is 2 blocks from the main street , it is near everything, they also have a little shop open all day and night for snacks ,food and dri ks ,rooms are clean roof area is nice with a little pool ,sunny area to relax and drink or eat in peace ,i enjoyed myself and felt safe ,welcomed and cared for

Such a warm welcome from Dailen and Santiago. So helpful and accommodating. Breakfast a treat on the rooftop. The pool a welcome relief after a hot day walking around the local area.

The location is great and safe, the room is just right for 2 people and the owners are all very friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed. The breakfast was the best in Cuba and I definitely recommend it. The pool is also amazing! Thank you for all tbe recommendations and the delicious breakfasts!

Our stay at Casa Factoria was great in every way. The hosts were so helpful and attentive - they organised a day trip to Vinales and onward transport out of Havana for us. We took the classic car tour in Santiago’s pink car and it was so much fun. The pool on the roof is a nice touch.

I really enjoyed this place. It was really clean and met all of my needs. The hosts were very nice and welcoming. They were a big help in assisting me with recommendations and tips on being a tourist. I highly recommend this place. Lastly, it is close to many tourist hotspots in Old Havana.

This Casa has the most friendly hosts and they did everything to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. From recommending a show to offering taxi services and exchanging currency they were able to help. I would stay there again in a heart beat. Plus having a pool in Havana is really cool!

Casa Factoría is a fantastic place to stay! Brilliant location, with the loveliest most helpful hosts who gave us all the best trips and made our stay in Havana the best it could possibly be! They even took us for a tour around the city in their beautiful vintage car, it was the highlight of our trip! I would recommend Casa Factoria to anyone wanting an authentic yet comfortable and relaxing stay in Havana

It was such a pleasant stay. The host Dailen and Santiago were super kind and welcoming. Their mom's breakfast was very nice as well. The room was very clean and comfortable. Santiago has a classic pink car and offers city tours as well.

I stayed with my partner in this lovely bed and breakfast run by two great people who make your stay very special. The house is clean and neat and in a great location. We felt very welcomed and received great advice all the time. Definitely this is a highly recommended place to stay.
