I was there for 2.5 hours and left without complaining, but it wasn’t good. The floor was sticky, damp, and you could see the mop streaks on the floor where they used dirty mop water to clean the floor. The smell was horrible. I was exhausted and tried to just go to sleep but couldn’t. I didn’t want to cause a scene, so I just left the key in the room and asked if I left the key in the room could they just check me out. They did thank god and they refunded the $50 they charged on my card. I stayed at Microtel across the street instead.had to throw away a brand new pair of socks.

The property was very clean and inviting. Chris was very friendly. I don't like the new computers they didn't work. Happy hour wasn't so happy, why feed adults peanut butter and jelly, no one came down to socialize. Need something more appealing to draw people to come and socialize.

We loved the Suite unit and loved our stay, the night reception and nice older man helped us check in and was very friendly and helpful, as well as the breakfast staff were absolutely wonderful and treated us very nicely. We will be back in the future as many times as we return to Hattiesburg.
