Broken toilet bowl, dirty carpets, rust on applicances, non working microwave just to mention the few… unpleasant smell

I am sorry for your dissatisfaction. I don't know what was the problem with your reservation. You didn't tell any thing about this during check in time. Expedia agent called at motel and requested to change room type to non smoking. Front desk told that we sold out for non smoking, otherwise we happily change room type. Agent told desk clerk that guest made reservation for two rooms two double bed smoking rooms. When you received confirmation email from Expedia you should have to verified all info.Any thing wrong you should have to contact them. We can't change any thing in the reservation even check in and check out date. Also only Expedia can cancel pre paid reservation. Your cancelation policy was passed by 4pm one day before your arrival date. You said about dirty bathroom, smells and broken toilet. This also during your stay you didn't complained at the desk. In your both the rooms nothing found wrong.You stayed whole night, used bathroom and toilet. I also checked nothing was broken. You moved my beds in room 210 all the way to the wall. Why? you supposed not to move any furniture. If you moved then before checked out you should have to put back at original place.So I don't know what the reason you put negative review? I confirmed with Expedia customer agent and she said that you made for smoking rooms.Again I am sorry.

Dear Mike,I apologize for your inconvenience and dissatisfaction of your stay. Your reservation was for two bed smoking room. You thought it was a non smoking room. Ms. Guillory, Laura made your reservation. When you came for checked in we were sold out because of game. So front desk was able to change to non smoking room. When guest made a reservation through 3rd party, if requested room type not available, 3rd party made reservation for what room type available.This is the way they do business. If we have requested room type available at the time of check in front desk happily satisfy guest's request. As we were sold out front desk couldn't satisfied you.I am so sorry for this.Thanks,
