Property is nice place but to many housefly even in dining restaurant, slightly inconvenience to move about especially for people which are handicap

Hotel in the middle of nowhere, no lifts to get to reception, 2 flights of stairs to get there. To get to the swimming pool, down the stairs past reception & up 2 flights of stairs!
No Sun lounges? Pool is ok for a maximum of 6-8 persons, but the hotel has 2 blocks of accommodation.
No safety deposit boxes & no soap provided in the bathroom.
Fridge in room is not designed to keep things cold, it keeps them at room temperature only.
Breakfast I won’t recommend, it’s just not worth the money.
How on earth this hotel could get such a high rating beggars belief.
