Clean unit and walking distance to KimYong market. Easy to find good foods and safe as well.

The room I was assigned was not as pictured, very old inside and floor is coming apart. Looked very old inside . Today when checking out I had No hot water . I paid 43 u.s. dollars a night for this place… not up to that standard. Staff was friendly .

We feel sorry for the unpleasant feeling you might have felt during your stay. However, the room you stayed was as same as in the picture (Junior Suite Room number 524) You actually even booked twice to request to stay for another night in the same room. I think there might have been some misunderstanding.

Great rooms and building. Excellent location. The reception staff could have been a touch more friendly, but they were fine. I really liked this place.

Was given smoking room instead of non smoking room as booked.

Posted 1 Jul 2024 on HotelsHad been staying this hotel everytime i visit Hatyai Thailand for a few years now.Its near alot of shop and market. Lee garden is just a few minutes of walk.
