Nice location with wonderful view
Posted 8 Jan 2019 on HotelsGood scene from the balcony! Easy access to city centre. Front counter staff speaks fluent Malay. WIFI connection unstable. I left my belonging on 24th Dec and they kept my item until i arrange for pick up. All in good hands! Communication via email a big let down. Did not reply email at all.

Pros: Loved everything about the hotel.
Cons: Perhaps a mini market so that we could get some groceries if needed?
Location: Location is about 4.5km away from the town center. Those without their own transport need to call the tuk-tuks if they want to venture out; shoppin
The check in was quick and the front office staff were helpful. Both could speak English so there wasn't any communication problems. The rooms were excellent, probably due to the fact that the hotel is relatively new. Sports enthusiasts should find this hotel great, especially for tennis, badminton and boxing.The gym is nice too. We went there for a local tennis tournament and due to the schedule we need to play way past the check out time which was 12pm. The owner allowed us to stay till we finished our games which I thought was very nice of him.
Overall, nothing much to complain......about 4.5km from town center, so shoppers would be slightly inconvenienced.
