Nice place to stay. The owner came to the room and unlocked TV source so my son could connect his xbox. I slept like a baby.

Oops. Looks like your stay didn't meet your expectations but as there was nothing wrong with the premium room you reserved and no issues reported on the day we are at a loss as to what you mean by "poor" but you are welcome to your opinion.
