No parking near caravan, muddy everywhere noone to tell you where on park we were staying just given map and told to look for ourselves

Unfortunately due to the adverse wet weather conditions all grasslands are very boggy at present.
Yes I do fully agree with the title of your review, we offer a wide selection of Van's at different rates according to the quality of the van, you did one of our lowest priced Van's which is single glazed and electric heating. It was not mouldy, as we are very particular on our cleaning. For an additional £10 per night on your budget you would have had double glazed central heated van which would have made your stay more comfortable.

Caravan

Swimming pool was nice a little cold for me but the kids loved it. Could so with more seats.
Wouldn't want to be on the outskirts of the site.

A very quiet place away from noise which was perfect for us as being away from London.

Really nice and peaceful. Clean and tidy. TVs didn't work though as just said no signal. Slight smell of cigarette smoke too on arrival . Overall a very nice place though and great location. Thankyou for allowing us to make a last minute booking.

The property was nasty. The sofa cushions were black and sticky. There are rips in the paper on the walls in the bedroom. Radiator has sharp bits of enamel coming off and loads of rust on it. The toilet hinges looked like no one had ever cleaned them. Urine and poo on them. Walls are grotty and dirty with existing splash marks of dirt on them. The shower wasn’t clean at all. There was hair in it. It dripped constantly. And there was spiders living in there.
In the double room we went to hang our clothes up and there was an old carpet stored in there. I felt grotty and dirty once I left and couldn't wait to have a shower
This caravan needs a deep clean and needs to be taken care off or just smash it up and never rent it again.

I am sorry to hear about this review. I can assure you my cleaners spend 2 hours per van to clean, and then they are inspected afterwards, there for the vans are cleaned to a high standard. this is our lowest cost van and one we call the budget van, but you are the first to ever write such a complaint.
I never had any contact from any guest complaining to me about this particular van not being clean. and I recommend that in future if you arrive at a property and it is not to your standard you contact the host asap to enable them an opportunity to address any matters.

Ok for somewhere to put your head for the night
Posted 27 Jul 2019 on HotelsEasy to find. The caravan was very dated, the sitting area in front was tired and dirty. The whole caravan felt like it needed a good clean.
The linen and towels were very good and enough kitchen utensils to get by.
The main front door was not a good fit and didn’t fit correctly when closed from the inside. The decking was not dog proof as our dogs got through some broken slats. The shower dropped continuously however was a powerful hot shower.
Everything seemed to run off the refrigerator switch, so the outdoors lights were on constantly.
The swimming pool was good and the parks. It was great to walk round the site. Most of the time very quiet.
Caravan was number 7 hillside.

Thank you for your comments, this is our oldest van on our books and is therefore our cheapest, we class it as our budget van. And the van will be discontinued at the end of the season.
