"Room exactly how advertised, bathroom was immaculate and overall room was great. Perfect location. Nice vintage feel but is clearly very well kept. The front door and room having electronic keypad with codes was very handy meaning no need to check in and easy access in and out. More than enough space for the two of us. Room was bright and airy. "

"The hosts - Karen & Malcolm were so hospitable & helpful. The Laindons Guest House is situated in an excellent location in Old Town, Hastings. "I had a lovely spacious room and great en-suite shower room. It had everything you could want, fluffy towels and nice toiletries. A fridge with chilled water and fresh milk. Also a comfortable guest lounge with extra refreshments available. The staff were very friendly helpful and efficient. "

"We had the most wonderful stay at Stream House. The bedroom was beautiful, with such a comfortable bed and an amazing roll top bath in the en suite. Warmly welcomed with some brownies on arrival, and delicious breakfast both mornings. Highly recommend, and would certainly stay again. "

"Lovely one night stay in a Seaview twin room. Tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. Beautiful lounge areas and enjoyed having drinks on the outdoor seating. "

"We loved our room, good size, fab high ceiling, sea view. Really quiet even though it is on the sea front. Parking easy and reasonable price in underground car park ( look it up before you go to find the entrance road). Fridge in room was a bonus. Bath was huge and shower perfectly effective with really hot water. Armine was lovely. Would definitely stay again. "

"Did not get into the property. The neighbour came out and said landlady was an alcoholic and had turned away other guests that day. Apparently she is awake all night drinking and playing loud music. Property looked dirty and unkept. DO NOT BOOK!!!! "

"The apartments are lovely, and have everything you need; washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven etc. The only thing that would stop me coming again, is the exorbitant price charged for dogs. £20 per dog PER NIGHT! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150. Other places we have stayed in, charge between £20-£50 per stay. So, as lovely and convenient as it is,...
