Great property but poor cleaning. The room had first and dust on all surfaces like it was sitting unused for weeks

Hello Stephanie,First of all, thank you very much for your review. It is important for us to give every guest the best service.You had a lot of dust in your room which is not good. Our apologies. Reason for the dust is all the new bedding we installed. New towels, new toppers, new matress protectors and new sheets. And they give in the beginning a lot of dust after the beds are made. We already see a lot of improvement on this matter.Nevertheless we hope you will visit our hotel again in future.Kind Regards,
