"Excellent stay! Room was tastefully decorated and incredibly clean. They thoughtfully left ear plugs on the beds but we never needed them. I believe the ear plugs are for the traffic noise outside but we never needed them and actually all the busyness meant we were in an amazing location! We could walk almost everywhere we wanted or the public transportation was literally outside the front door. Very easy to get around. "Comfy and clean place to explore Frankfurt from. Check-in was a disaster though, would not recommend if you’re arriving later in the day or there is the potential to have delayed flights. Booking though Expedia meant I didn’t receive emails that would let me check in and I had to run to a nearby cafe before they closed so I could get a keycard to enter the building. Staff were friendly on the phone but don’t book if you expect people to be around to help you check in. "

"The area around the trainstation is one of the most terifying I have been to. Dirty, a lot of shady people walking around. It was particularly disturbing at night. The room was nice, it was amazing to receive all the gifts and snacks! There was a good coffee machine and kettle, the kitchen was quite clean and equipped. The bathroom was a bit dirty but good to use. Overall the hotel is one to recommend altough the area around is a big big minus."

"We stayed at this property twice during our trip and both times the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, especially since we were travelling with a young baby. The rooms were big and spacious for us to set up a crib and sleep comfortably. The restaurant on the second floor had a very good dinner and then the morning it had a great breakfast buffet option. The staff at the hotel was even kind enough to give our daughter a little teddy bear as a gift which she loves. "
