1st time attempt room wont open, elevator wasnt working had to go thru stairs to get to front desk move to another room
2nd attemot in room
Closet door broken, tiolet seat broken, lamp bulbs burnt out, dirty bath tub an bathroom itself,

Excessive mold in the bathroom had a bad smell in the room, and the TV didn't work.

The hotel manager cancelled my reservation in their system and did not allow my family to check in even the reservation was paid and active in Expedia. I am still trying to get my refund. This is not right, hotel owner is stealing money. Asking support from Expedia; unfortunately the response has not been good. I am disappointed by Expedia Travel team; I will keep trying to recover my money. Hotel staff said that the hotel owner cancels reservations all the time. Hotel staff does not recommend the hotel. I asked the staff if there are bedbugs and the answer was "we do not recommend this hotel" I am surprised that this is still a Comfort Suites Hotel chain location. This is not good reputation for this corporation.

We booked through Expedia back in January because we were coming into town for the Taylor Swift concert. The day we show up we find out the manager canceled our reservation without any communication with us at all. Horrible customer service, they didn’t even care and acted like it was not their problem at all. They didn't even reach out to Expedia. Expedia thought our room was still booked here. Thankfully Expedia spent 2 hrs trying to find us a new place to stay for the weekend and was successful.

Very run down and in need of renovation. Staff was rude and unhelpful about the fact that my reservation was canceled without my knowledge and they would only rebook me at “today’s rates” which were a lot more than I originally paid. Manager wouldn’t take my call. Continental breakfast was terrible. Seriously, go somewhere else.

Better than average Comfort Inn. Room had a fridge and microwave and a couch, so I give this one high marks. Parking was adequate and they had better breakfast food at this location.
I stay in this area because this is where the hotels are all grouped together, and I work in this area.
