Didn’t realize hotel doesn’t have an elevator. Door to room was hard to open. Property was clean, just a few quirks

We reported a broken shower the first day. They said they would fix. We stayed two nights. Never offered to move us to different room or discount on room. The shower was not fixed. No shower while we were there for two days.

We did make an effort to fix the shower after you reported it to the front desk. He did go up & try to fix it the best he could so you could use it during your stay. We had a full house that weekend, so we are sorry we did not offer to move you to a different room. You also booked the reservation through third party & your stay was already prepaid for. The next time you stay please contact us & I will work with you.

Showers had a lot of buildup on them creating bad water pressure. Waited for staff to come back from smoking to check in. Not worth the $200.
