I took my kids there to swim I was told on the phone when I called the pool was working and open I get there and the whirlpool’s out of service the pool was cold my main reason of staying was to bring my kids swimming just upset still

Very friendly check-in. We were informed that the elevators were out of service and did we mind the 3rd floor. We are older, but still in good enough health that we accepted without worry. However, the first night, we experienced very loud activity in the rooms close by until fairly late in the evening (well after 11pm). The second night was nice and quiet, and we had a very restful sleep. Breakfast was tasty, with quite a selection of food to choose from. Check-out was easy. We will definitely visit again.

We were told upon check in that rooms would be cleaned every other day. We stayed 6 days and our room was NOT cleaned—NOT EVEN ONCE despite requesting it 3 times!!! Not great housekeeping service!
