Property was fine, however, the site overbooked and I was downgraded to a studio instead of the 2 room suite I had booked MONTHS in advance (traveled with family, so we now were in 1 room together). Not sure why I, being a Bonvoy member was bumped, but I was. There was little sympathy about the issue at the desk, and the manager never even offered any type of reimbursement/credits for the inconvenience. We will stay elsewhere next time we are in the area.

The staff was extremely helpful. The room was clean , the breakfast was good in the morning. The room had a slight cigarette smell to it but overall the stay was pleasant

We decided to stay at this hotel for a last minute business trip due to the reviews, and for the most part, we were happy with our stay. My main complaint is the noise. The only room left was a studio room, which had a large gap at the door. Our neighbors woke us up multiple times starting at 7am with pets and kids running and screaming down the hallway. The AC unit sounds like a train nearby, which made it hard to fall asleep. The room was otherwise nice and would be great for students, business trips, or longer stays. Provided they fix the door.

The final night of our 6 week road trip and it was the perfect ending! We felt so comfortable due to the luxurious accommodations.

The hotel was clean, the beds were very comfortable. The internet was down until further notice and the television didn’t work. The staff was not helpful or accommodating. There was a $100 additional pet fee not mentioned in booking page.
