I enjoyed how peaceful it was other than, some of the dishes I had to rewash as whomever was in charge of doing those sets of plates weren’t all clean.

Check-in was so personal, and the lady at the desk was an exceptional person and I appreciated her

What I liked about the room with it was like the pictures that's about all I can say. Things I did not like about this property and hotel was that it was hard to figure out how to work the remote the TV was so loud I couldn't turn out the volume at all I couldn't change any of the channels at all. Other things I noticed was on the third floor and the second floor there was multiple bags of trash and also several areas outside tons of trash bags around the trash cans I had noticed that nobody cleaned it up by the next day before I left That's what seemed trashy about the hotel. Another thing was the fact that there was no luggage carts available when I was checking in so I had to wait a while before somebody brought one back but the next day was fine I was able to get a luggish cart to pack up my stuff in my car. I like candlewood suites but I think I won't be staying here again ever

I am sorry to see things weren't up to your expectations! I will look into why trash was not picked up during your stay, and we are looking into luggage cart locators to be sure they are returned promptly for use by all our guests! Any time you have an issue using things in the room don't hesitate to give the front desk a call and we will gladly assist!
