"Though the room was nice and orderly there were no amenities and the cost for a really small single room was almost half of the weekly rate for a much bigger room. The property said they had breakfast and pool, and even had the means for both but did not make available. also, there was no checkout even though the office says 24/7, I could not check out or return the key after ringing the bell and calling provided cell numbers. I ended up just sliding the key under the door."

"I was worried after seeing other reviews, but our room was very clean and I didn't have any complaints at all. I needed their wifi to get school work done, and it worked just fine. Breakfast options were limited but it was still nice to have breakfast included. They had pancakes, muffins, biscuits, eggs, coffee, a few other things. There's a small fridge in the room. "There are 2 buildings on the property, the photos in the listing are of the updated building, we stayed in the older or less updated building. The condo was clean and comfortable, check in was easy, and the elevator was an added benefit to access the unit. The exterior flooring was wooden decking which was loud when people walked by with suitcases or the housekeeping carts. Overall it was nice, easily accessible and in a great location. "

"It was a nice, safe place. The view from the patio was nice. The lawn on the golf course was well taken care of. The squirrels were definitely entertaining. The stay was comfortable. The property had a few issues mostly small things. The patio door was hard to open which could be difficult for older occupants. The HVAC unit is on the porch which was a little loud since it is right outside the bedroom. We would stay there again. Parking was good which is great compared to many places. "
