The room layout was nice.The noise from highway was terrible. The air conditioner was loud and rattling. The sofa looked dirty. The breakfast area was poorly organized and hard to maneuver. We had to ask for coffee dispenser to be refilled. The entrance looked old and uninviting.

Hotel charged me for room service which I did not order. They refused to give me a copy of the room service bill so that I can dispute it. They claimed that it was somebody else's order and assured me that the problem had been solved. Then, they billed me for the charge. UNBELIEVABLE.
Also the noise from the nearby interstate was excessive.
The back door lock was not functioning.

If you could provide me some more information, I will be happy to help where I can. As far as the interstate, unfortunately there is little we are bale to do on site to damper any noise. While I understand some may find it a little loud, many of our guest choose us because it is easy to get to from the interstate. I have informed my maintenance team about the back door and it is being addressed. Thank you for bringing these items to my attention and safe travels.

The room was very nice but could have used better lighting. We were on the 1st floor and every time the people upstairs flushed their toilet, it made a loud noise.

Great space for a few days. Little sectional, desk and separate rooms for toilet. Minifridge and coffeemaker. Super cute, clean. Property does have a bar and lobby for gathering with friends and family.

The hotel is normally very nice, the guest above must have been a family of 6 plus judging by the amount of doors slamming and kids jumping from the beds, while I feel it is a parents job at midnight to quiet them and be respectful of others, I was forced to call the front desk after 45 minutes and their reply was they would call and ask to quiet them down. It still continued on and I did eventually fall back to sleep.
