My family loved to stay here as both kids loved to make waffles. Excellent hotel price for Hershey Park visit. Only complaint was that we thought no fridge provided but last day there my wife opened a cabinet which hid a fridge! Will come back definitely!

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast in the morning was mediocre. The rooms were clean.

The sheets were not clean and had stains on them, also there was a lot of noise, in fact, our neighbor made noise 24/7 and the walls were so thin and it all came through.

Front desk person was beyond rude and demanded I go to the front desk so she could show me I did not have a reservation for a 3rd night. I had Expedia's email confirmation showing my reservations with confirmation number, my bank account information showing the withdrawal from them, and a text receipt from Ramada saying thank you for reserving with us. Instead of being professional to me at all, she also refused to even check my electronic documents on my phone or even on her computer. That was an indication already that this person was never going to do the right thing. She demanded I call Expedia, not ask, demanded. I said to her, "you have a contract with Expedia are you telling me, you cannot call or look to see what is going on?!" She again said, "call Expedia"..at this point I knew I was no longer going to keep my reservation it was not worth the experience. I still called Expedia. Expedia representative while on the phone with me called the front desk, twice to get to let them know we did in fact have a reservation for 3 nights, 2 nights on my credit card and 1 night on my debit card. Both times he called she purposely disconnected the call. The representative even said to me I heard the person say hello then hang up. The representative issued me a refund, transferred my disabled mother and I to a new hotel and issued us a credit voucher for a future reservation anywhere. Do yourself a never go to this place if you expect professionalism and care for the customer!
