We were in room #427…The odd numbered rooms back onto Interstate 81 which is popular for truckers. Let’s just say we didn’t get a restful sleep despite the comfortable bed!

I always fault on the side of leaving positive reviews as much as possible, but this one is very simple. This is the best experience I've had at comparable properties for as far back as I can remember. Simple excellent: from facility to comfort to staff!

My family and I had a great time at the property. Their customer service was excellent and they were able to assist us. The only thing that I was not satisfied with was the facilities, like limited access of body wash and towels.

Hotel and staff were good however breakfast was extremely meh!! Especially compared to other Hampton Inns very bummed!

I had an issue with the keys. I had to get new cards a few times because they wouldn’t work.
