"I booked for Christmas to be close to a sick relative and was pleasantly surprised by how great the communication was before arrival. They offered me a complimentary upgrade which was overly appreciated! On arrival, check in was easy - there is 24 hour security. Lovely property, clean big rooms and had everything could need. Much preferred over a hotel. My only issue was the location of Kilburn isn’t great however it does have great tube access to central. "

"We had three days in London and the apartment was perfect for Watford Junction station, which was a short 5 min walk and then just 20 minutes on the train to Euston. It was great to have two separate bedrooms for us and the children. The apartment was very spacious."

"Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious and came with some basics in the kitchen area. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean, light, had plenty of space and a good shower. Staff were ever present and always opening doors, helping with luggage etc. "

"The room is very clean, cozy and comfortable. The location is good and easy to catch buses and not far to underground. The guys at the reception were so nice and friendly. I will definitely recommend this hotel and book again if I travel to London."

"The property was at a great location and it was easily accessible to all other landmarks. Quite spacious and the environment was very serene. The staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone especially couples, and I’ll book this space any day. "

"Booked to stay for concert at Wembley on arrival we found cockroach infestation, someone else’s food in fridge/freezer, damp, mould, unsafe electrical socket, hole in floor covered by loose carpet, stained walls and a general feeling of uncleanliness. Described as having free parking, luckily we decided to use train instead as wouldn’t have been able to park, the rear garden was unkept. The apartment is in a house of multiple occupancy and in my opinion not really suitable as a holiday let . We...

"The flat was affordable, and perfect for what we neeeded at the time. It was well finished and kitchen, bathroom and wifi worked well. However, the lock of the room never worked. Please, could this get fixed as it should not have been left broken in the first place. Another guest for the wedding walked into the room during the night."

"Wonderful hosts, beautiful area, linens and cooking utensils provided, as well as a few tea bags and coffee sachets for a cuppa and a sit down when you arrive! easy self check in with amenable hosts. 10/15 min walk to the local high street, and ample parking space. a great self catering stay - does the job, i would happily recommend and stay again. thank you!"

"I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes. The cottage was wonderful. So warm and inviting. Comfy and beyond clean. I’m definitely coming here again. "

They let me check out at 2pm at no extra cost. Nice pool for an evening swim. Very warm pool. Breakfast was really well organised and really good selection of hot and continental. Really nice experience. Will definitely stay again. "

"Staff was always attentive and ready to help. The hostel was always being cleaned and maintained. I felt safe and cared for. Only caveat is the bar and restaurant on location was a lot more limited then I expected. But they are plenty of options close by and a guest kitchen mitigate this very minor issue."

"Great location, offering exceptional value for the price. The room is clean and well-maintained, featuring a comfortable bed; however, an improvement in shower pressure would be beneficial. It is a £15 Uber ride to Luton Airport and just a five-minute walk to the Luton train station."
