We apologize that the mini-fridge was not working, Jui-Ling. If our team knows of a guest's issue with anything in the room, they will work to provide a solution. As a preventative measure, our cleaning team will check that the refrigerators are cool when servicing rooms.

Mattresses in the front lobby. No one at the front desk and when she was there, she was very unfriendly. Bed was soft and shower was good. Outdated and in dire need of painting. Needs new carpet. Breakfast was lame. Dark and dreary.

Upon check in when we entered the room we were hit by the funkiest smell in the room. Stunk something awful. We were provided some Glade but didn’t help much but never offered a different room. The bathroom fan didn’t move any air and the drywall was falling apart in the bathroom. Overall dirty appearance and certainly a disappointment for their almost $700.00 suite.

Limited electrical outlets in the rooms. Evening staff were great. Daytime staff were not as welcoming. Fitness center is very small with limited weights. Breakfast was fine. Pool and spa were nice.

While generally kept up, the property and furnishings are dated and wearing. Elevator was down. Laundry room smelled like sewage. Very friendly and helpful staff, though, and generally quiet unless a big sports team was there.

I paid through third party and they still charged on my card. I asked for refund and never receive my refund after almost a week. Well, after I post this review, I finally get my refund . Thank you.

Louisa, Thank you for the opportunity to address this issue. Most hoteliers require a credit card for incidentals. To ensure any additional charges are honored, authorize additional payment on the card. I am sorry it took your bank a week to release the funds. We are glad they did so.
