Everything was great from the front desk to the room. But we loved the awesome shower and soft bed!

Very cordial staff. Very accommodating. Second visit at this location. Very pleased with our experience. Highly recommend this Country Inn n Suites in Harlingen, Texas.

We visit family in the area often. This was the 3rd time staying at the property. We have been pleased with every stay. The hotel staff is friendly. The property is nicely decorated and clean. My parents love the free breakfast. And, we are close to everything. Will definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, our stay wasn’t pleasant. I was given a room on the third floor and the closest to the highway. Needless to say, we could hear all the traffic and loud vehicles from our room. We were only there for 1 night, so I didn’t want to make a big deal about it.

Room smelled like mildew and room had a lot of humidity. Left some pants on the bed and they were wet to the touch because of it. Also breakfast used to be way better with the omelets. Won't stay here in the future. Was average not worth 110 a night.

Clean, Housekeeper was super friendly. Free appetizers and drinks. Great breakfast and overall room was great

This property is good overall. But like many hotels nowadays, I have to request for housekeeping services every day. Unfortunately, only one of the three requests for housekeeping was honored over three days. So yes, it sucks having to go back downstairs and ask for towels.

Our property has yet to implement housekeeping upon request, so rooms are still done daily unless there is a do not disturb sign displayed. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced by requesting daily housekeeping, and will use it to fine tune our operations.
