Dear Mr. J., we are really very surprised by your below-average rating with the note "room for improvement" without you mentioning what exactly could be improved from your point of view. You obviously did not realize that we are a digitally operated hotel and that an online check-in has to be carried out before arrival so that we can send you an access code for your arrival - nevertheless, we helped you with your arrival in the quickest way possible. Then you contacted us by phone after 10 p.m. because you were unable to open the room door with your key card - here too, we helped you directly with an access code! You did not report anything else to us, so we could assume that you were otherwise satisfied with your stay with us. On the morning of your departure, you even asked by phone about the possibility of extending your stay, but we were unable to offer you this due to capacity! We wonder why a guest who gave his stay so negatively after one night actually wanted to extend his stay with us?!

Considering that this hotel does not have reception, I was concerned about it, but I have to say that the coordination, system and instructions was fantastic. On top the room had everything you need and super clean and safe, I fully recommend it.

Room and location ok. But to massively increase the price per night because of a trade show in Dusseldorf is wrong.

Absolutely excellent!
Beds were extremely comfortable and even the baby's cot had a lovely mattress and duvet set.
Everything was spotlessly clean.
Breakfast very good.
There is nothing at all that could be improved on!
Will definitely stay here every time I visit Monchengladbach.

Great place for car journey.
Posted 10 Sep 2018 on HotelsI stayed this hotel for car journey with my 2 year old baby. I needed place for free parking and room with cookware and this hotel was perfect one for those requirements. Checking in by Ring-a-bell was easy and the instruction was so kind. It seems the building was renovated recently so the room is really clean and nice. (I loved the towel especially)

Wir haben für eine Nacht in dem Hotel zu zweit geschlafen weil Pink im Borussia Park aufgetreten ist. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und würden es weiter empfehlen.
