"Fantastic breakfast, eclectic decor, and friendly staff. The walls are a bit thin due to the old building so you could hear guests talking next door sometimes but great that they had a lift and AC in the room. Centrally located and really pleased with this hotel!"

"Huge hotel with lots of different bars, restaurants and facilities. Can seem a bit impersonal and no cosy areas. Outside areas are lovely. Our signature room in floor 6 was very comfortable. No furniture in the balcony was disappointing. The business lounge was nice but only coffee and 1 glass of prosecco was free. Disappointed there was no food in the evening. At breakfast just coffee and croissants. Parking garage was convenient with lift to lobby but £20 per day was steep."

"This hotel has found a new regular guest in me. Exceptional experience from start to finish. Despite being an extremely frequent traveller, I am appalling at writing up reviews however I had to write one for this stay. Now, I have stayed at the hotel before - however I was heavily pregnant and so not able to fully make the most of my visit. This time however, I was here and ready to enjoy! The service? 5/5. The spa? 5/5. The room? 5/5. Location? 5/5. Thad a great time, and am intending to book in monthly stays for my wellbeing. If you are lucky enough to be able to, why not? A shoutout to Chris in the bar who made my evenings just that little bit better. The whole team are clearly trained very well, and are here to make your stay relaxing, and easy. The service is perfect; thoughtful without being intrusive. I had a wonderful time - thank you."
