"This is by far the best hotel that we have stayed in Spokane Valley. The staff was very friendly and the entire hotel was clean. You can tell they pride in utmost customer service. Hotel is near many restaurants and malls All walking distance. We definitely will be staying here again!"

"I did not realize that the poop (or waterpark) was an extra fee. It was a great facility but didn't plan for or expect the extra charges. I would have paid for the waterpark because it was worth it but jusr didn't read details. I would stay here again and plan a little better. "

"Loved having a washer/dryer! Staff was very helpful. Suite was nice and bed very comfortable. Parking was difficult - size of spots and availability. No food on site, but within easy walking distance. Bring snacks and things you want with your coffee."

"The front door was bent or something and made a horrible squealing noise when opened. The place looks dumpy but is ok on the inside. The staff was great. They put out warm chocolate chip cookies which was great. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7 so not a perk for those of us that are gone by then. "
