The money we paid not get the match the service

2.staff not helpful and friendly
3.paid room rate with free breakfast 3 people,but hotel asked to pay additional 1 breakfast even we only have 3 adults to have the breakfast.
4.hotel staff called to refund the breakfast money after we check out the hotel but asked we go down to the hotel to collect the money.

Close to Harbin Medical University. Expansive breakfast menu. Very good service from the restaurant staff. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms
