Delist this hotel to save Hotels.com 's reputation
Posted 27 Dec 2018 on Hotels1. This hotel is "far away" from downtown Harbin. 2. Don't trust the map. When it gets traffic jam, you will need 1 and half hours to get to the airport. 3. I share with others in that the biggest complaint is a lack of the staff's profesisonalism and tardiness. Checkin takes 15 minutes. Checkout takes 20 minutes. 4. Once checked in, the locker was locked. You need a staff (which took another 15 minutes) to open it for you. 5. Some leftover food from the previous night was served in the breakfast. 6. This hotel is mainly for airline staff for group discounts and group tours for cheap discounts. Nothing to see around. It's in the middle of nowhere. And when you have an unprofessional staff, it will sure to ruin your holiday/business. Don't tell me I didn't warn you.

Far away from the city.My bf got stomach flu from the breakfast buffet.We had to go to the hospital during night.
The cleaner was very good.Big family room.
Overall it's more like a 3 star hotel

Good and clean, but front desk needs more training
Posted 1 May 2017 on HotelsEven though I had already made full payments for the hotel stay via Hotels.com, the staff at the front desk argued with me and said otherwise. Not wanting any trouble overseas and in a rush for my flight, I let them double charge me. Have written in for a refund but have not gotten any response yet.

Pros: The service
Location: In addition to the Ice Sculpture park mentioned above, there are many temples and museums to visit in the city.
Harbin winter festival is in full swing. The area where the ice sculptures are on display is about a 100 acre area which will cost about $45.00 to enter. It is well worth the price if you want to experience the ice sculptures. Plan to spend about 3 hours touring the various structures and more time if you have children and they want to do some of the ice slides available.. Plenty of restaurants in the park area. Bring some warm clothes as it is cold but tolerable when the wind is not blowing.
The Sheraton is about a 45 minute taxi ride to the park, and to the railroad (west station). The Fast train from Beijing South to Harbin West takes about 5 hours and if done during the day the ice on the trees is really pretty.

Great service, beautiful facility, far from town
Posted 5 Feb 2016We had a great experience at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful and very new. Our room was very clean and well decorated. The staff at the hotel were amazing. We received VIP level service during our entire stay. The only small downside is the hotel is a little far from the main part of town. It took about 30-40 minutes to get to the main part of town ($10 cab ride) but the hotel was so nice it was worth it. Also the Chinese restaurant on the second floor was delicious and very well priced.

Pros: 모든 면에서 가격대비 훌륭하다.
딤섬뷔페 디너뷔페도 가격이 합리적이며 좋다.
추천한다.
Cons: 영어 통하는 직원을 2명 밖에 보지 못했다.
그외에는 직원들은 매우 친절했다.
영어가 잘 통하지 않는 것이 문제,
딤섬 뷔페는 훌륭했는데 메뉴판에도 영어가 없어서
음식을 고르는데 힘들었다.
Location: 외곽이라 주변에 아무것도 없다고 생각하면 된다.
5성급임을 생각하면 세세한 부분이 미흡한 부분이 있지만,
대체적으로 만족스럽다. 가격대비.
하얼빈 외곽이라 시내와 멀지만,
안 막히는 시간대를 선택하면
하얼빈 역 기준 30분 거리, 택시요금 35위엔 정도
국제공항까지는 50분 거리, 택시요금 150, 통행료를 포함하면 180
