Good, but limited Internet

Pros: Attentive staff with a manager near-by who spoke English.
Cons: Wi-fi. The only Internet access was in a small part of the lobby near the restaurant. I consider the Internet a basic utility, just like elect. & H20
Location: Just 4 block away from Saint Sophia Cathedral. If you can handle smoke-filled rooms and a younger crowd, hit the Russian Disco Bar one block away.
The hotel is very Western-friendly and provided a quality 2-night stay.

A comfortable place to stay during the ice festival
Posted 4 Feb 2010I had a pleasant experience at the hotel. Since I can speak Chinese, I don't know what the hotel staff's English was like. The only problem I had with the hotel was that the beds were typical hard Chinese beds. Other than that, it was a very nice hotel stay. Good service from a knowledgeable staff. It had nice hot showers with good water pressure and all of the full service accomodations that one could hope for.

Pros: 聖ソフィア大聖堂まで徒歩10分と近かった点です。
Cons: 部屋全体をクリーニングしてほしい。
Location: 聖ソフィア大聖堂まで徒歩10分と近い。
１泊、１万円もするのに、日本の４千円程度のビジネスホテルよりレベルは下です。狭くて、かび臭く、高級感を求める方にはお薦めできません。観光地の中央大街へも遠く、観光には不便です。
