1. I didn't like the floor inside shower cubicle, yhey need to be roughened urgently so avoid then being slippery when bathing.
2. There is a dog which barked continously early hours of the morning making noise, that should be managed.
3. The Rottonrow hotel is the best comparing to Samora. Everything from the strong beds, walls, floors, lights is just classy and moving along with time

Great place and very convenient amazing staff. Could use some small refrigerators in the rooms but everything else was amazing

I'd recommend that one bring a travel adapter. The hotel uses the 3 circular pin-style plugs. Although they have adapters, I couldn't get one when I arrived, as they had run out. Otherwise, it's along a main road, which is well-lit at night and pretty busy with people waiting for public transport even at 10 pm, so it felt safe. There are not many food options beyond 10 PM other than a bakery (Bakers Inn) at a fuel station 3 minutes away.

They did not have the plug suitable and was struggling to charge my laptops

Posted 23 Apr 2024 on HotelsNo AC in the room, I mean it's very basic that rooms have AC. Also when asked for an extra cup they said they don't have. It's really embarrassing that a hotel doesn't have a cup extra. Bed is not comfortable too
