The property is cool, everything else is ok except the swimming which had no water in it and there was no hot water

Dear panashe, we are sorry for any inconvinienced caused, we faced a serious electricty problem becsuse our transformer was vandalised which made it imposible for us to maintain the pool. The pool needs constant electricity for it to function, . We glad a new transformer was restored. On hot water issue, we fixed the problem by instaling solar gysers which work when electricty goes. We dearly regret for any inconvinienced caused
