"Check in was quick. Room superb. Lovely furnished balcony. Extremely good Executive lounge. Good brteakfast."

"It is a great experience. We ENJOYed ourselves as much as any other hotel at the Dead Sea, including the more expensive ones. We particularly liked the spa's salt water pool that is both inside and outside. The food is excellent and has good quality. We loved the automatic towel machines. The downsides were mostly minor. To get to the sea the stairs/steep path may be tough for the elderly. It is reasonably close for others. Parking can be tough to find that is close. The dining room got a bit crowded, and not all the drinks were available. No instant decaf coffee was provided in the room. "

"The AC wasn't working and in the summer , this is no luxury! I was told to open the window, but it was still hot and lots of mosquitos came in. In the morning, there were no hot water to shower. Other than that, the room is good."
