I expected the hotel to be a lot nicer and the food and drinks were not good at all.

The staff would never actually answer the phones and when they did they would not speak to me point where they would just hang up. I asked for two blankets they were both brought an hour apart and each took an hour to get to the room. There was no microwave. We had toilet issues. We were mislead by the descriptions, and the room was nothing like the descriptions. The pool was absolutely disgusting.
The staff was kind in person but over the phone there was no help. Even to do with the shuttle to get to the hotel from the airport. We were never picked up even though I had called more than once like instructed.

Stayed for work next door. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. Location was perfect. And cocktails in the lobby every afternoon was an added bonus.
