Hotel is nice. Convenient area to Hanyu station. Did not try the onsen this time due to time constraints.. Staff in friendly and respectful.

The facilities were not totally bad, but I did not want to get my shoes off at entrance (if we had to do that, we wanted the slipper there, not in our room.)

Posted 30 May 2016 on HotelsThe customer service was great but I won't go back to this hotel... The wall paper was disgusting. It must be smoking room before. It was yellowish and dirty with nicotine stains. We also didn't like their mattress. It was very hard and not comfortable at all. It's time to renovate the hotel.

Good onsen but poor room temperature

Posted 31 Mar 2015 on HotelsNeeded an overnight in the area. Hotel was very good. Mainly used by Japanese as it is a little out of the main tourist areas but if you need to be in or close to Kuki then this is good value.
