The place was dirty. Dirty hallways, stained rugs, smelled ‘dirty’, roaches in the room. This was by far the WORST ‘hotel’ i ever stayed in in my life. Quarter inch space at the bottom of the room doors between the floor and door. Wallpaper peeling off of the walls. I was given 3 different rooms in the matter of an hour. Initially got checked into room 507. Was there for about 2 minutes and immediately opened the window to try to let in fresh air to ease the nasty smell in the room, and minutes after that the smell of marijuana started coming into my room from someone outside on their balcony smoking. Called staff they came up and smelled it and moved me to room 610. He came to that room with me to check it out and make sure everything was ok. He went to open that sliding door to the balcony and that wouldn’t open at all. He then switched me to 616 and told me no more rooms were available and thats the last room. After about 25 minutes of being there i used the restroom, and flushed the toilet. Normally when a toilet is flushed u hear the water running and filling up the tank in the back preparing it for the next flush, but not this toilet. Once i flushed it the water ran in the toilet ALL NIGHT LONG. Literally, it ran from the time i flushed it around 12 am to the time i left at 10:50 am. Mind u, about 1-2 minutes after i realized that the water was still running when i knew it shouldn’t of been, i went back downstairs to the front desk AGAIN to tell the staff. NOTHING done!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Area was quiet and safe. Would definitely stay again.

The staff here was wonderful! They were kind and very accommodating. They were willing to switch our room upon finding out the lock on the sliding door did not work. They also worked to get the breakfast room open when it was not open at the posted time. The building had obvious signs of water damage on the walls and ceilings, poorly patched holes in walls, stained carpets, and the furniture in the lobby was very dirty/stained. The ice machines were taken out of most floors. The second floor hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, but didn’t find that to be the case on the other floors. The room itself appeared to have clean linens, and vacuumed floors, and the bathroom was clean. The carpets need to be shampooed, the furnishings need painted/repaired/updated, and there are not nearly enough outlets, as evidenced by the 6 outlet extender under the TV. The sliding glass door did not lock, but we did later find it had a metal bar to keep it shut. The shuttle service to the airport doesn’t begin until 7:00 am so we were unable to use it, needing to leave around 6:00.
