Dirty bathroom. Blankets and pillows are seem to be not washed every time. They are smell so bad.

The host and staff was super nice! An older building but plenty of space! Has a washer as well. We enjoyed it.

Far from Old City, towards the airport. Room and toiletries ok, but safe out ot order and no curtain or box around shower so small bathroom gets all wet during shower. Chamber maid/breakfast cook is good. Large monotonous breakfast only 7 to 9. When there was a issue between me and a typical dishonest minibus (they call it limousine) driver who spoke no English and I asked assistance with translation from the receptionist/manager of hotel. He automatically agreed with driver and I was not given any opportunity to tell him my version, not even later that evening when I arrived back at the hotel. For both the driver and the hotel manager, it seems foreign tourist exist simply to be taken advantage of. Hotel charged me 400 000 for taxi from airport, leaving I booked a taxi myself and paid 229 000. Paying cash for my laundry, when I mentioned that my chance was short, all I got was a smile, no apology, no explanation and certainly not the missing change. Without these episodes. my evaluation of this hotel would have been possitiv

And firstly we will talk about the limosine car we have been book for you a limosine from hanoi to ha long two way and you missed limosine way from halong to hanoi so you have been book another limosine not limosine we book for you and when you call to me because you have a trouble about price in that different limosine i am just retranslate and explain and you said to me im understood im not automatically agreed with driver. Secondly about airport shuttle we have been send a email to you about price this service and you accepted 400.000. and about a taxi you book for yourself and paid 229 000 it is not airport shuttle service it is normal shuttle Finally we dont have free laundry service after all thing we help you when you came to hanoi halong and you have a trouble we also help you book airplane another service and not collect money from you so now you talk about we like that we so sad.thank you using my servicesincerelywestlake hotel team
