I stayed here for 1 night but i can feel the warm welcome from the owner, Mr. Tiep. We arrived early before checking in time but he helped us to check in early. The room are great with full of facilities as you are at home. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 kitchen and 1 living room. The wifi works well. We enjoyed the trip to Ninh Binh

Beware of the old lady downstairs!
Posted 26 Mar 2019 on HotelsYou get what you paid for. There’s a padlock to open the front gate, and another to open the apartment. It’s a bit dark. We checked in around 2100 and it was dark and a bit creepy. We were warned that the old lady downstairs wanted things to be very quiet. So we tried but she ended up coming up to yell at us both nights we were there.
It wasn’t very clean although Tuti charged 200,000 for a cleaning fee. I picked off about 6 strands of hair between the sheets before getting into bed. There was dust every where and the kitchen utensils were unusable.
Unless you really need the space, go to a 3.5 star hotel with breakfast included. We ended up having to buy our own breakfast anyways.

Tuti was great host, he show me a lot of great area in Hanoi and good tips for the food around the city

The unique of this property was a classy vietnamese style home and very clean. The owner was so kind. I wish I can use Tiep service again when I visit Vietnam again.

掃除代を支払いましたがタオルの交換のみでした。
政府による蚊の一斉駆除ということで、到着日に旅程の最終日の部屋の移動を依頼されました。事前にお知らせが可能かと思うのですが、、疑問が残ります。
その他は良かったと思います。
