The staff, facilities and dining were all excellent.
Attention to the airport transfer on arrival needs to be more professional. Otherwise, we would recommend to anyone.

The property and the ameities were in top condition, the staff was very curtious, in a good and quite area, breakfast was awesome.

Breakfast for 2 was very expensive. Ripoff!! In Hanoi, you can go to a nice restaurant and pay half that or less and get better food.

You had breakfast for two persons and the public rate for our breakfast when convert to USD was around USD 13 per person, hence the total of USD 27 for two. It was our fault for not informing you the rate beforehand so you could consider the options. We also offered you complimentary breakfast for the next day as gesture of goodwill and our wish to remedy our fault.Perhaps this incident led to your overall dissatisfaction. The breakfast is very expensive and terrible! I was charged $27 for breakfast for two people in a city where you can get a very good breakfast for two for less than $10.
RIP OFF! DO NOT STAY HERE!
