We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the hotel. The hotel was being renovated when we arrived. So, we were moved to one of their hotels which was nice too.
They need improvement for the dishes for breakfast which is average compared to another one we stayed at Hanoi.
Highlight here is Alisa was really helpful from the beginning to the end of our trip. She helped arrange the taxi for us. The fee is much cheaper than when we hire ourselves.

Amazing find in Hanoi
Wonderful stay, very friendly staff amazing rooms and breakfast is plentiful couldn’t have asked for any better thank you would definately recommend:
Rooms are lovely clean with tea and coffee plus water to have.
Beds very comfy and showers are nice walk in with hot water.

The staff was very polite helpful and paid attention to every little needs.very accommodating in every query and very generous too . Would definitely recommend staying here. the best part is the location.. everything is very accessible and within walking distance.
