I didn't like the room didn't have windows but I think it's common in Hanoi. Also sound proof is not good.
Staffs were nice overall.

The hotel had a great relaxed atmosphere, the bed was extremely comfortable, the breakfast was great and the staff so friendly and helpful. The location was very busy and hectic but very interesting and it was only a five minute walk from the famous train street.

Rooms are large and clean. Bed is comfortable. Staff are very friendly and professional.

I am not one to leave a review but gosh, the staff (Mr Thomas especially) at O’Gallery really took care of me during my stay. From the welcome drink to their sending me off to my next leg of the trip, I felt really spoiled by the staff there. They remembered my name after only interacting with me once and welcomed me back every time I retuned to the hotel. I had to extend my stay by another night due to the typhoon and they accommodated my request with no issue.
The room is small but seems to be on par with the other hotels in the area. However, the hotel looks new and very well taken care of. Breakfast was great and had a lot of varieties. Location of the hotel was within walking distance to all the main touristy sites in the Old Quarter.
Thank you, O’Gallery Premier! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.
