Great location, walkable to many attractions and to the lake. Very comfortable, large, modern, clean rooms. Chocolate happy hour daily at 5pm such a treat! Breakfast spread very good, very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely return.

I strongly believed our room had mold problems. both my husband and I had headaches, sinus, and congestion every single night we stayed at the hotel. When we were out and about, we were fine. As soon as we stepped into our room, we started getting sick. We went to Ha Long Bay after 3 nights; we were both fine. Never again staying at the hotel that you can't open the windows.

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable bed , great shower & breakfast buffet was amazing.

Hotel water system link to my room was disrupted and no water to the toilet from 5am till noon.We have to use the gym or hotel other common toilet to do morning business and bath😲.The hotel could do was one apologised letter and one extra complement breakfast after such a morning hustle and frustration for my wife and I and also late for my morning meeting!!

Mövenpick Hanoi
