Excellent for the price
Posted 31 Mar 2024 on HotelsObviously, given the price point it is hardly going to be the Ritz-Carlton. However, we were very happy to find that all the basics were covered:
- Clean, freshly made beds
- Clean, en-suite bathroom and shower
- All appliances working (TV, fridge, AC), although the AC was a bit loud.
The location is great, there's a laundry place just round the corner and plenty of places to eat.
Ideal for a short stay or (as we used it) for a nap and a shower before a late-night flight.

Location is okay, quite close to the train street.
Had a kettle (but no tea or coffee)
Cons:
Bed was very hard and felt all the springs in my back.
Window didn’t close and make the street even noisier
No soundproofing, can hear everyone downstairs and walking up the stairs.
Shower drain was blocked and the wet room filled with water.
Bottles of water wasn’t free like every other hotel.

The hotel is very old & dated. We check-in for few hours while waiting for our night train to Lao Cai, Sapa. 10mins walk to Hanoi Railway_Station B (for North-border route) located at Tran Quy Cap Street.
