Breakfast buffet short staffed when busy. Refil of food not done. Air-conditioner in our room not working properly.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was good.

Great hotel, awesome breakfast and wonderful staff. The staff always willing to help you and provide with any type of assistance you need during your trip. I will stay again at this hotel when I visit the area next time.

It's a good hotel but had a problem with the heat the first night. It was fixed the next day.

I like the size of my room. The toilet was backed up 1 day but then was fixed. The staff is polite and professional and helpful. The menu for breakfast is modest and not sure why spaghetti was offered for breakfast. But overall the location is so convenient.

Posted 23 Nov 2019 on HotelsCenter of old town Hanoi and Hoan Kiem lake. Very convenient. We got a room with a lake view. Nice hosts, front desk, breakfast across the board. clean and comfortable room. Recommended.
