Mikkelsen and the other staff members were brilliant, they made us feel welcome and provided assistance and advice expertly.

Nice location in the bustling old French quarter but close to a very nice lake. The Guest Relations staff planned my whole 3wk Vietnam trip for me, very quickly, efficiently, taking care with my budget and with great service.

Amazing stay thanks to the staff! Tracy, Mikkelsen, Julie, Jenny and Chi were all amazing! Tracy went out of her way to really make my stay comfortable and wonderful. I can’t thank them enough!

Perfect location to walk around. Amazing staff and overall experience. Highly recommend. Mikellson and Julie at reception were amazing. The buffet breakfast was great too.

출장차 방문했는데 방은 좁았어도 한사람이 쓰기에는 좁지는 않았고 새로 레노베이션 해서 시설도 깔끔했다.

The staff at the hotel are amazing- they go above and beyond! I’ve traveled the world and stayed in many hotels around it. Nothing has compared to the staff here, not even at a Ritz or Shangri La!

The room was really comfortable, the service was amazing, and the location was perfect. Had a really fun time spending Christmas Eve on their rooftop. Special shout-out to M and Tracy for being so attentive to everyone. Would definitely stay there again.
