The staff was really nice but the building is not in the best shape. The room smelled like mildew.

The customer service was impeccable. I reached the hotel at 2 pm to find that the restaurant was closed for dinner preparation. The receptionist - Ms Giang, not sure if i have gotten her name accurately. She took the initiative to show me the way and went with me to buy food. I am deeply touched by her act of kindness. Kuretake Inn is fantastic because of her and the experience she brings to her guests.
Thank you and i will be back again when i next go to Hanoi.

small kitchen and large bath

Despite late check-in, the staff member was up and it was able to go smoothly.
