It sells itself like a homestay but is more of a hostel. Room didn't appear like the photos online, wasn't clean on arrival and wasn't cleaned daily. Bought a city tour thru the owner; it was poorly organized and run. No-one to meet me on arrival, and the owner showed up at 11pm wanting to settle the bill (I was in bed). No English speaker on the premises, and frequent miscommunication over drop off & pick up times/locations. For the price, you can stay in one of the more attractive and better run neighbouring hotels.

We should says thank u to all our esteemed guests who stayed the trip during in Hanoi and who gave us very good comments and ideas in order to improve ourselves. But with this lady, she visitted Hanoi alone during Lunar new year holidays in Hanoi and tried to say other things different from realities of the house, we believe that she need a special service in a special star hotel (???)
We are sure that the bellow reviews from one our European guest recently describe the reality about us: "Perfect location if you’re looking to stay in the old quarter. Literally steps away from all the action. The room is very sweet and romantic and is what is described in their ad. Our hosts were very accommodating, informative and kind, despite the language barrier. "
thanks again & good luck
