Enjoyed our stay at Hanoi lotus Boutique Hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Great place to stay right in the heart of Old Quarter inHanoi easy access to everything.. walking distance to shops eateries resto Grab works really awesome with transport.. very reaponsive Staffs are supernice &helpful accomodating and always smiling👍👍👍👍

The staff goes above and beyond and it is a very convenient place in the old quarter! The showers weren’t great but other than that we had a great stay.

The staff are all super helpfuf, especially Mia who helped before we even left home. We exchanged messages when I am sure she was outside her workplace hours. We have two more stays at the Lotus before we leave Hanoi.
